Riz Aslam is the Founder & Owner of Aslam Consulting, LLC. He advises investors and operators navigating growth, investment opportunities, and transformation—with deep expertise in energy, utilities, and adjacent sectors. With 15 years of experience across strategy, operations, and diligence, he brings a unique blend of strategy and hands-on execution.

His background includes roles at Bain & Company, Accenture, and ScottMadden, where he led engagements spanning commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and operational transformation. Riz has supported Fortune 500s,  utilities, and infrastructure firms, as well as private equity investors evaluating high-stakes deals.

Riz earned his MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a degree in chemical engineering from Rutgers University. He lives in Oakland, California, but hails from New Jersey. Outside of work, he’s usually hiking, losing golf balls, or explaining to his California friends that bagels are so much more than bread with a hole in it.
